At Florida OrthoCare, orthopedic interventions are to be performed by our highly trained orthopedic physicians. Our physicians offer treatment plans for joint replacement, sports injury management, stem cell therapy for joint pain, pediatric orthopedics, trauma care, and minimally invasive spine surgery.
As a new patient to Florida OrthoCare, please arrive to your appointment early if possible. We ask you show up ten minutes early so that you can complete any necessary New Patient paperwork. We ask you bring the following items:

In efforts to decrease the cost for your medical care, we request payment arrangements for all office visits at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard for your convenience.
We ask for your health insurance information prior to your office visit. This is needed so that insurance eligiblity is verified. If we are an in-network provider of your insurance company, we will direct bill your insurance; however payment is ultimately the patient’s responsibility. It is our pleasure to help you any way we can to assist you in handling a claim.
